We may collect the following

What is done with the information we gather?

Data submitted through the contact form will be used to respond and send you relevant information. It will only be used for this purpose, and will never be shared with any third parties unless we have your permission or the law requires us to.

Financial information

We do not receive or store your credit/debit card details. Card payments are handled by 3rd party processors,  PayPal or Stripe in accordance with their data security policies. We receive limited information from these processors in order to associate your payment with your invoice. If you pay us by BACS or direct transfer, we know only what the bank tells us, which is usually the name of the person who paid us, how much and a reference number.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.
